Sexual Assault Investigations

 In 2014 the Massachusetts Legislature amended the laws pertaining to the statute of limitations of sexual assaults against persons under the age of 16. persons so victimized may now file a civil suit against the perpetrators for up to 35 years after the victim turns 18 (age 53).
